Start-up Package
1. Package Scope
1.1 The Kick-Starter Package is designed for a basic website.
1.2 This package does not include websites requiring large user management capabilities.
2. Hosting and Domain
2.1 The package includes the hosting fee for the first month. Subsequent hosting fees are the responsibility of the client and must be paid directly to the hosting provider from the second month onward.
2.2 The package includes domain registration and an SSL certificate for the first year. Renewal of the domain registration and SSL certificate is the client's responsibility and must be completed annually.
3. Additional Costs
3.1 Any additional changes or updates to the website after the client has approved the final version will be billed at a rate of R500 per hour. This includes but is not limited to design alterations, content updates, and functional enhancements.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 A 50% deposit is required to commence work on the project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the website and prior to its launch.
4.2 Payments for ongoing services (e.g., hosting, domain renewals, SSL certificates) must be made as per the respective service providers' terms.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1 The client must provide all necessary content (text, images, videos, etc.) in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
5.2 The client is responsible for the regular renewal of their domain registration and SSL certificate beyond the first year.
6. Project Timeline
6.1 The estimated project timeline will be provided upon commencement and is subject to the timely provision of content and feedback from the client.
6.2 Delays in client feedback or provision of content may result in adjustments to the project timeline.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 The company is not liable for any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data due to issues with hosting, domain renewal, or any third-party services.
7.2 The company will not be held responsible for any downtime or disruptions caused by third-party service providers.
8. Termination
8.1 Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date.
8.2 No refunds will be issued for any completed work or services already paid for.
9. Acceptance
9.1 By engaging the company's services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
Vouchers
1. Voucher Applicability
1.1 The vouchers are valid exclusively for the Kick-Starter Package offered by us.
1.2 The voucher cannot be applied to other packages or services, including but not limited to e-commerce websites, user-managed websites, or additional services beyond the Kick-Starter Package.
2. Transferability
2.1 The voucher is transferable and may be given to another individual or entity.
3. Redemption
3.1 Each voucher can be redeemed only once.
3.2 To redeem the voucher, the recipient must present the voucher code at the time of initial consultation or during the initial contact with the company.
4. Expiry and Validity
4.1 The voucher must be redeemed before 31 December 2024. After this period, the voucher will expire and will no longer be valid.
4.2 The expiry date is non-negotiable and cannot be extended under any circumstances.
5. Additional Costs
5.1 Any additional changes or upgrades requested beyond the scope of the Kick-Starter Package will be billed at the standard rate of R500 per hour.
5.2 The voucher does not cover ongoing costs such as hosting fees, domain registration renewals, or SSL certificate renewals beyond the initial periods included in the Kick-Starter Package.
6. Limitations and Exclusions
6.1 The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
6.2 The voucher cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
7. Client Responsibilities
7.1 The recipient of the voucher must comply with the general Terms and Conditions of the Kick-Starter Package as outlined.
7.2 All necessary content (text, images, videos, etc.) must be provided in a timely manner to facilitate the project completion within the agreed timeline.
8. Acceptance
8.1 By redeeming the voucher, the recipient agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
8.2 The company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
